Chablis Brasserie & Bar opened in 1998. The restaurant is situated in charming surroundings amongst small wooden buildings at Bakklandet. We have 70 seats and during the summer we are proud to present the finest outside dining Trondheim has to offer.
Chablis is an exquisite retaurant with a friendly, living and cozy environment giving our guests a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. We see ourselves as a semi-gourmet restaurant where you can bring friends, family or business acquaintances for every occasion. Our kitchen is handpicked to bring you excellent food and our restaurant staff guides you through the evening to make a complete dining experience.
